ONENESS HUB (OH) is a hub for aspirants of peace, wisdom, grace and enlightenment. We serve as a first stepping stone for main-stream learners and new-entrants to living stress-free lives.

erstanding of a human being. These meditations are designed to awaken different brain centers for a rich and full experience of life. These meditations will speak to the heart of every person, believers or non-believers, scientific or bound by belief and faith, mainstream or laid-back. Yoga and meditations offered on each day of the week run with a specific objective. They free an aspirant gently from stress and guide them towards connection and transcendence.

Enlightenment is a state of unperturbed calm.
It is to conquer every challenge from an inner state of equanimity.

Many believe enlightenment is mystical.
Something distant.
Something reserved for monks or sages.

But enlightenment is not escape from life.

It is stability within life.

Challenges will still arise.
Deadlines will still come.
Relationships will still test you.
Uncertainty will still knock at your door.

The difference is not in the outer situation.
The difference is in your inner state.

When the mind is reactive,
every difficulty feels like a threat.

When the mind is equanimous,
every difficulty becomes something you can respond to — not react to.

Unperturbed calm does not mean indifference.
It means clarity without agitation.
Strength without aggression.
Movement without inner chaos.

To conquer from equanimity
is to act without being internally shaken.

And that is true power.

If you wish to experience this state,
begin by dissolving the stress that disturbs your inner balance.

Before equanimity can be lived,
inner turbulence must settle.

Forgiveness is not weakness.
It is intelligence.

It is a state of mind
that permits freedom, happiness, and love in relationship.

Many people think forgiveness means losing.
Admitting fault.
Letting the other win.

But forgiveness is not about the other person.

It is about freeing your own nervous system
from the burden of resentment.

When you hold onto hurt,
your body tightens.
Your thoughts repeat the story.
Your heart stays guarded.

And even when the conflict is over,
the suffering continues — inside you.

Forgiveness is intelligence
because it recognizes this:

Holding pain does not protect you.
It imprisons you.

To forgive is not to justify what happened.
It is to release yourself
from reliving it.

When the mind softens,
space opens.
When space opens,
love can breathe again.

In that space,
relationship becomes lighter.
Happiness becomes possible.
Freedom becomes real.

If you find forgiveness difficult,
it may not be unwillingness —
it may be unprocessed emotional pain.
