Begin the new year 2026 by discovering the healing potential of Qigong and Reiki through an immersive, guided experience designed to restore balance, awareness, and vitality.

Whether you’re new to these practices or simply curious to experience them more deeply, this workshop offers gentle, accessible guidance through embodied Qigong movement, group Reiki healing, and External Qi Therapy - facilitated in a supportive and nurturing environment.

In this 4-hour experiential workshop, you will be guided to explore:
* How Qigong and Reiki support physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and how energy awareness plays a role in long-term resilience.
* Essential Qigong movements to encourage healthy energy flow, regulate Qi, and support nervous system balance.
* Group Reiki Healing to support chakra harmonisation, emotional regulation, and inner calm.
* External Qi Therapy, where guided healing energy is directed to regulate Qi circulation, supporting pain relief, recovery, and overall vitality.
All practices are beginner-friendly and designed to be felt, not forced.

With regular application, these approaches can support better sleep, emotional balance, improved energy levels, and a deeper sense of connection within the body.

No prior experience is required. Just an openness to listen, feel, and reconnect.
