✨ 合一丰盛节 ✨

回来的这几天，心里一直很满。
不是兴奋的那种，而是一种安静、踏实、被深深滋养过的感觉。
这是许多人在这次旅程后，共同的体会。

这一次，我们不是一个人去合一丰盛节 OAF。
我们是一群人，一起坐下来、一起静心、一起流泪、一起笑，也一起在某些很安静的时刻，被真实地触动。

在那个场域里，我们一次又一次体会到一件很关键的事：内在状态，真的很重要。

状态，其实只有两种 — 美好状态，或受苦状态。
没有第三种状态。

不是事情本身在决定我们过得好不好，而是我们正活在什么样的内在状态里。
当内在状态对了，生活也许还没有马上改变，但我们看事情、回应世界、与人相处的方式，已经不一样了。

很多转化，并不是靠想通，而是在某个瞬间，心突然软了、松开了、放下了。
对丰盛的理解，也慢慢从「我要得到什么」，变成了「我是否允许自己活在一个敞开、信任、接收的内在状态里」。

更珍贵的是 — 当我们一起走这段路，会发现：原来不只是一个人的感受。
在这个共同的场域里，有人懂、有人陪、有人一起提醒彼此回到状态。

带着这份体验回到生活，愿我们在忙碌、关系、挑战中，一次次记得：回到内在状态，回到当下，回到自己。

在忙碌的生活里，我们常常把压力、情绪都压在心里，习惯硬撑下去，却忘了自己原来可以活得更轻松自在。

在这两天的《压力排毒》旅程里，学员都有很深的体会：

有人说，这两天就像帮自己按下了重启键；
有人说，久违的微笑和喜悦，又回到了脸上；
还有一位学员分享到，她一路以来都习惯用强势和坚强去面对生活，但在这里，她终于允许自己放下。
她发现—哭，不是软弱，哭，是心卸下了盔甲，是自由和疗愈的开始。

她也第一次体会到，祝福和帮助别人，不只是一个动作，而是一份能量的流动。
在她给出的时候，她自己也同时被温暖和丰盛包围。

她还发现，原来自己头脑一直在喋喋不休，而在课程里，她学会了 Pause —停下来，觉知自己。
在生活的关系里，她开始明白，当我们停下来，不再被头脑牵着跑，就能更真实地去理解别人、去连结。
