We provide physiotherapy management in the areas of musculoskeletal (orthopaedic), neurology, sport injuries, vestibular dysfunction (conditions with dizziness), paediatrics, pre and post surgical care, cardio rehabilitation, fitness and wellness programmes for all ages, geriatric care, joint pain, spinal alignment issues, lymphoedema care and women’s health conditions. The ability to maintain an upright spine against gravity is highly dependent on our Core muscles (5 Core), Joint flexibility and Body awareness. A good 5 Core system, body awareness, and joint flexibility promotes the elongation and balance weight distribution on the spine, minimizing wear and tear / injury.
