捐卵的一些常识

对于捐卵和取卵对身体的影响， 网上有很多说法， 很多人道听途说。
先来辟个谣， 很多人， 很多人说“女人一生只有４００多个卵子，一次月经就排一个，偶尔两个，等你卵子排完了，那么久是绝经的时候了”

胡说八道。

首先要弄清楚卵子，卵泡和卵细胞的概念。
卵巢装着卵泡， 而卵泡内孕育着卵细胞， 卵细胞发育成熟就是卵子。
不是所有卵细胞都会发育成卵子。 而卵泡和卵细胞的数目只会减少不会增加。
女性在出生的时候卵巢内有大概100－200万颗卵细胞， 在成年之时大概只剩1/4， 也就是30万颗左右。 在绝经之前会排出所有卵细胞。也就是每天会大约损失30个卵细胞。
在成年到绝经之间只会有300-500个卵细胞发育成熟， 变成卵子。
接下来就是捐卵的问题了－－这个过程中会注射促排卵针， 其作用是在一个周期内令多个卵细胞发育成熟成卵子－－而其中的除了一个会发育成卵子之外， 其他的卵细胞是本来也会被排出体外的。
所以－－－－捐卵并不会令绝经期提前。

Does Smoking Affect Egg Donation?

-Egg donation is a great way to help a couple achieve their hopes of becoming parents. Donating the healthiest eggs possible gives a recipient the best chance to become pregnant. Are you a smoker who would like to donate some of your eggs? If you’d like to find out how smoking affects the outcome of egg donation this is for you!

Ideally you need to stop smoking when you are going through the egg donation process because smoking can interfere with fertilization. If you smoke, ni****ne collects in the follicular fluid, that bathes the egg, so the egg wall gets thicker to protect itself against the toxins, making it hard for the s***m to pe*****te the wall to fertilize the egg. It takes about 3 months for ni****ne to leave your body so even if you have changed to electronic ci******es don’t forget that these still contain ni****ne.

If you are serious about being an egg donor you will be asked to cut down or ideally stop smoking. There is nothing worse than going through the donation process only to find that the eggs are not fertilized at the end of all your hard work. For these reasons you are likely to be asked to stop smoking altogether when going through treatment.
