Most people think, "Aiya, bone problem only happen when old." But actually, after 30 years old, your bone mass slowly starts to decline. If you don’t take care early, can lead to osteoporosis later on. Ps: brittle bones that break easily.
Bone health is not just about drinking milk. You need a combination of nutrients and lifestyle habits:
Calcium: from milk, tofu, cheese, almonds, leafy greens
Vitamin D: sunlight exposure, eggs, fatty fish, or supplements
Weight-bearing exercise: walking, jogging, dancing, light weightlifting
For women especially, bone loss happens faster after menopause. But men also not safe if never exercise or always sit one corner.
Simple habits now can save you big problems later:
✅ Stand or walk more during the day
✅ Get 10–15 minutes of morning sunlight
✅ Don’t smoke or drink too much alcohol
✅ If needed, check your bone density with your doctor
Your bones carry you every day – better start taking care before they start giving you trouble!
