Transitional Care and Day Care Services available now!

At Golden Cares, we curate experiences for our residents, based on necessity. One facet of our services is the short term care programs!

Transitional care involves supporting patients post-hospitalization, to help them regain strength and orientate back to normality. During this period, patients may require wound care, fall prevention and specified therapies which are crucial, not just to regain independence but to prevent re-hospitalization.

Our day care services are catered to individuals who require time-based care. We provide a space for your loved one to sit back and unwind, while all their needs are cared for.

At Golden Cares, we strive to provide the best care for our Golden Family.

We’ve recently conducted the first part of our vaccination drive for our residents and staff members. As most of our residents have multiple comorbidities, we were given the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. Our residents and staff are doing well, and are one step closer to being fully vaccinated.
