👶 手足口症（HFMD）家长必读

手足口症是由病毒引起的常见儿童疾病，具有传染性，主要通过接触感染者的体液传播（如咳嗽、喷嚏、口水等）。

⏳ 潜伏期：约 3–6 天

⚠️ 常见症状：
• 发烧、喉咙痛
• 食欲下降、精神较差
• 口腔疼痛（影响进食）
• 口腔内出现小水泡（舌头、上颚、脸颊）
• 手掌、脚底，或尿布区域出现皮疹 / 水泡

👉 水泡破裂后传染性更高（通常持续约1周）

🍽️ 建议饮食（减轻疼痛）：
✔ 酸奶、布丁、冰沙
✔ 粥、马铃薯泥
✔ 冰淇淋 / 冰棒
✔ 软水果（如香蕉）
✔ 清淡汤类 + 多喝水

❌ 避免：辛辣、酸性、过热食物
