Like most people, you will likely to have a pelvis misalignment at some point in your life due to the nature of our urban, sedentary lifestyle.

Pelvic misalignment is commonly known as ‘anterior or posterior’ pelvic tilt for the layman’s. While it is true that the pelvis can tilt anterior and posterioly, there’s more complexity in the direction of misalignment and X-ray analysis is necessary to determine that.

Referring to the X-ray shown above, the number 91 and 117 indicates the differences in length for both pelvis. This uneven appearance of the pelvis is commonly caused by a trauma, resulting in a misaligned pelvis.

You will likely to have localised lower back pain, referred pain down the legs, numbness, tingling, weakness and etc.

A research done by National Library of Medicine in Jan, 2015 shown that avocado are proven to be a super fruit with its' high nutritional value for managing symptomatic osteoarthritis. At the clinical level, avocado is proof to be able to reduce pain and stiffness while improving joint function.

Besides that, another research done by Dr. Bussel from Loma Linda University in March 2021 stated that avocado has healthy does of potassium which promotes effective nerve conduction, at the same time it can reduce nerve pain.

Chiropractic is focused on maintaining the spine balanced. Misalignment in spinal column may lead to muscle imbalance, postural changes, unequal weight distribution and pain.
