🌿✨ Thank you Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra (MPYO) for the opportunity to share the Alexander Technique with Malaysia’s talented young musicians!

We explored how better body awareness and listening to the body’s signals can help prevent injury, reduce tension, and support a longer, healthier music career. 🎶💡

Pain is not “just part of the process” — it’s a message. The way you use yourself while playing matters. These young musicians are at the start of something beautiful, and mind-body awareness & self-care is the foundation for everything that follows.
