Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain, often linked to tight calves, weak foot muscles, and strain in the plantar fascia.

The SPACE Penang is a Holistic studio offering alignment based Hatha yoga, Kids Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Childbirth, Acupuncture, Holistic Counselling Inner Dance and Healing sessions.

The founder Elaine Stewart from London has been living and teaching for 20 years in Penang and has recently set up a new studio in the ever popular Permai 32. Tanjung Bungah. Her team of highly qualified teachers and therapists will assure you have the best experience whether your new to yoga or have been practicing for years. If your would prefer a private session then that can also be booked by appointment.

The SPACE Penang philosophy is that yoga is for everyone , so no matter your age or flexibility you will be warmly welcomed and poses adjusted to your needs.

As well as Yoga The SPACE Penang also offers Inner Dance a unique deep Mediation using music and Healing touch.
