2.与防范罪案有关组织如大马皇家警察(PDRM)，大马国防部(JPAM)，大马自愿队（RELA）等等携手合作。
3.团结笨珍县民众以对抗笨珍县罪案。
4.促进本地社区和大马皇家警察的关系。
5.进行自愿安全巡逻和福利活动。
