Her gynaecologist told her to do IVF** since hormonal treatment & IUI didn't work💪

She came for 2nd opinion & did her 1st IVF, frozen 10 embryos & then proceed to FET the following month. Bravo!🥰 AM is pregnant on her 1st FET🥰

She said "After my successful IVF, I was warded in Klang for bed rest for one & half months. Then I follow up and delivered in Melaka with Dr Pravin"😁

*Warded for one month: During IVF pregnancy, there's 10% risk for miscarriage. Common treatments includes ward rest & progesterone support . SH was bed rested until bleeding stopped & fetal heart seen😁

KYL, a "never give up" teacher had a "roller coaster" TTC journey for 8 years. She had recurrent failed pregnancy*

After detailed investigation & counselling, she was advised IVF with PGT-A** and anticoagulant therapy.

KYL was successful following her 1st ivf🥰. Bravo! A euploid blastocyst was used during FET 😁
Her pregnancy progress smoothly till she delivered (see pic)🥰 The couple was very happy to have finally a baby in their arms 🥰

*Recurrent pregnancy loss: This is caused by abnormal fetal chromosomes, uterus abnormalities or thrombotic problems. Investigations done included pelvic scan of uterus, PGT-A of embryo and thrombophilia studies.

**PGT-A: Pre implantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy: Only euploid (Normal chromosomes) blastocyst will be used for transfer. Aneuploidy will not be discarded.

She request for baby delivery at Jan next year😁

So, we planned her embryo embryo transfer in May '25 using single blastocyst🥰

Her pregnancy is now 6 wk by ultrasound scan ( see pic) and expected delivery will be in Jan '26

YM loved to have a family but unfortunately was told 2 yr ago by her gynecologist that she has tubal factor & needs IVF 🙏
YM 's TCM* advised her to seek Metroivf for consultation & treatment 😊

Her 1st IVF was successful🥰. Bravo! 🥰And 2 wk later, scan showed YM had twins pregnancy.

Her 2 boys are now 2 yrs old ( see pic). YM & her husband were very delighted to have a family at last.

CCW, married for 11 Year & came to Metro for her 1st ivf after advised by her doctors.
On opu*, 3 eggs was harvested and only one good egg was obtained. We decided to do fresh ET at Day 2👍

2 wks later her Upt was positive. CCW was overjoyed🥰 Metro team was extremely happy that they have transferred the day 2 embryo. Her baby girl is now 5yr old(see pic).

CCW came last year prepared for her 2nd ivf.
During the course of preparation she missed her period and her Upt was positive. CCW conceived naturally!🥰.

She was over joyed again🥰.
Her pregnancy progress smoothly & she delivered a healthy boy. The couple is extremely lucky & happy considering her low egg reserve**

After 2 wk both her Upt & bhcg were POS! Bingo 🥰, INA is pregnant.

SQ has been going through a "roller coaster" trying to have a family for 9 years.
She experienced 5 miscarriages and one failed IVF/FET cycle

She didn't give up and continued her investigation and was confirmed to have AP Syndrome* 😃

SQ had her 2nd FET on 12th march and was given anticoagulant to suppress her AP Syndrome.
3 wk later 2 pregnancy sac was seen. Bravo! 🥰

Yesterday she was confirmed to have a set of non-identical Twins at 9 wk gestation🥰
Both fetal hearts were seen on ultrasound scan 🥰

SQ & hubby were extremely delighted to hear their baby's heartbeat.... Lub dub lub dub😍

Congratulations to SQ & her husband ( Loving & Supportive Gentleman)🥰

*AP Syndrome: Is an immune condition where the blood easily forms blood clots spontaneously in the small arteries & block the blood supply to the baby causing miscarriage. The treatment is blood thinner or anti coagulant which SQ received 👍
