Patient was complaining about "Morning foot pain", especially when getting out of bed, that is usually called plantar fasciitis.
Plantar fasciitis, a common cause of foot pain, could be linked to hip imbalances.
Misalignments in the hips, such as pelvic tilting or weakness in hip stabilizing muscles, can disrupt weight distribution and increase stress on the plantar fascia, leading to inflammation and pain.
Our assessment can be seen here how this patient's left foot flares out before adjustment due to pelvic misalignment. Post adjustment, both legs are in better neutral position.
When walking with balanced weight distribution, the discomfort would reduce as time goes.
