Job Description:
-Responsible for planning & executing potential tenants/merchants.
- Manage negotiation processes & navigate discussions between involved parties.
- Maintain good relationship with the tenants and follow up pending booking by the tenants.
- Prepare and maintain Letter of Offer and Tenancy Agreement to tenants.
- Processing rental deposit and refunds of the tenants.
- Liaise with sales admin and the lawyer to proceed for booking and Tenancy Agreement.
- Liaise closely with the Mall Manager and the Maintenance Manager in order to maintain the building.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as & where required

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any fields
- At least two (2) years of working experience in retail leasing; experience in Commercial Property Industry would be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Soft spoken & fluent in English & Bahasa
- Willing to learn
