Backbend Yoga Mini Workshop with

💫 What You’ll Learn
In this 2-hour mini workshop, you’ll explore how to open your chest, strengthen the muscles that support your backbends, and move with safety and awareness.
Learn step-by-step techniques to:
Build strength and mobility for deeper backbends
Safely practice Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana) from the ground
Gain confidence in drop-backs with correct alignment and control
This session combines mindful movement, breathwork, and clear guidance , helping you find both freedom and stability in your backbends.
🧘♀️ Participant Requirements
Minimum 3 months of yoga practice
Remember, you no need to be “perfect” to start.
This workshop is designed to guide you safely at your own pace.
Together, we’ll learn, explore, and grow.
