Main Duties:
1. Teach/Guide Employment Skills: Assist in training and mentoring youth in workplace skills, such as communication, teamwork, and task completion.

2. Teach Living Skills:Support youth in developing daily living skills, including personal care, time management, and problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate and patient individual with a heart for working with special needs youth.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or working with individuals with special needs is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
