Clinical observation of Weisu granules in treating laryngopharyngeal reflux

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Weisu granules in treating laryngopharyngeal reflux.

Method:One hundred and eighty patients were divided into three groups in random. Sixty patients in experimental group combined of Lanqin oral solution and Weisu granules. Sixty patients in control group A using Lanqin oral solution. Sixty patients in control group B using Esomeprazole Magnesium Entericcoated Tablets and Lanqin oral solution. The treatment course ranges from 4 weeks.

Result:Four weeks after treatment,clinical symptoms of all the three groups improved significantly. The effective curative rate in experimental group was 91.7% which better than that of the control group A 73.3%(P

[Lanqin oral liquid for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis：systematic review and Meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials]

Abstract
To systematically assess the effectiveness and safety of lanqin oral liquid for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Databases including PubMed, Embase, The Cochrane Library, SinoMed, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Data were electronically searched in March 2017 for randomized controlled trials(RCTs) on Lanqin oral liquid for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Two authors independently screened literature, extracted data, and assessed the risk of bias of included studies. Then, meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software. Thirteen RCTs were included with a total of 1 642 patients.

The results of meta-analysis showed that the efficiency of lanqin oral liquid were significantly higher than those of conventional therapy or other treatments; Besides, lanqin oral liquid could significantly increase the amount of IL-2 further more, lanqin oral liquid could significantly reduce the amount of TNF-α. Safety of lanqin oral liquid was not concerned by any RCT.

Current evidence indicates that the efficiency of lanqin oral liquid was better than conventional therapy or other treatments.

胃苏颗粒联合铝碳酸镁治疗反流性胃炎的临床研究
Clinical study on Weisu Granules combined with hydrotalcite in treatment of reflux gastritis

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of Weisu Granules combined with hydrotalcite in treatment of reflux gastritis.

Methods Patients (80 cases) with reflux gastritis in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yulin from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Hydrotalcite Tablets, 2 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Weisu Granules on the basis of the control group, 3 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of clinical symptoms, quality of life, vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), and IL-6 in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.00% and 95.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms and GERD-HRQL in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of VIP and IL-6 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).

Conclusion Weisu Granules combined with hydrotalcite has the clinical curative effect in treatment of reflux gastritis, and can improve clinical symptoms, decrease inflammatory reaction, enhance quality of life, which has a certain clinical application value.

扬子江药业再获中成药名方“健脾清化方”，补充非糜烂性反流病用药重磅品种

2022年7月25日，扬子江药业集团、中国中医科学院西苑医院共同举办“健脾清化方”转让仪式暨开发设计研讨会。

通过这一仪式，中国中医科学院西苑医院正式将中药名方“健脾清化方”转让给扬子江药业。“健脾清化方”即“健脾清化颗粒”，主要针对非糜烂性反流病的临床需求。

扬子江药业集团党委书记、董事长、总经理徐浩宇在现场表示，“健脾清化颗粒”填补了扬子江药业在这一领域用药的空白。

扬子江药业的中成药管线再落一子。

2010年4月，在中国国家卫生部颁布的《手足口病诊疗指南（2010年版）》中，扬子江药业集团独家生产的蓝芩口服液被指定为中医治疗手足口病普通病例的首选中药。

手足口病是由肠道病毒引起的急性传染病，多发生于学龄前儿童，尤其是3岁以下年龄组发病率最高。患儿临床表现为发热，手、足、口腔、臂部等部位的斑丘疹、疱疹，部分伴有脊髓前角炎，少数重型患儿并发脑肺疾病，严重时可危及生命。最近几年，我国每年报告的手足口病达100多万例，其中重症病例近2万例，死亡人数近千人。2008年，该病被纳入法定传染病的范围。

扬子江药业集团与山东医科大学共同研制的中药三类新药蓝芩口服液被证实对小儿手足口病疗效肯定，该药主要成分有板蓝根、黄芩、栀子、黄柏和胖大海等，具有清热解毒、利咽消肿的功效，实验表明，对多种呼吸道病症及肠道病毒引起的疾病均有较好的治疗作用。临床应用证明，对于手足口病EV71病毒，蓝芩口服液能够起到预防和治疗作用。

新修订药品GMP实施后，扬子江药业集团高度重视蓝芩口服液生产车间的升级工作，投资数千万元新建厂房，并引进QCL80立式超声波洗瓶机、ASZ620/38隧道式杀菌干燥机、YGZ15/16A液体灌轧机、意大利马克西尼包装线、德国GEA配液系统、全自动灯检机和码垛机器人等先进设备。在提高整个车间自动化程度的同时，狠抓人员素质，落实标准操作程序，生产车间于2012年7月通过了合剂及胶浆剂的新版GMP认证。蓝芩口服液产品质量有了更加可靠的保证。目前，蓝芩口服液的年产量达到7亿多支，产品销往全国各地，部分出口至俄罗斯、印度尼西亚等国家。

作为一种老少适用的治疗咽炎中成药，蓝芩口服液自上市以来，迅速得到市场的认可，除了被推荐为防治手足口病用药，还被江苏省卫生厅推荐为预防儿童甲型H1N1流感的药物之一。蓝芩口服液先后获得“中国消费者十大满意品牌”、“江苏省名牌产品”、“国家中药保护品种”、“江苏省高新科技产品”等多项荣誉。一时间，扬子江蓝芩口服液的知名度迅速提高，在全国畅销，2010年在手足口病爆发期间，曾经一度严重脱货。
