** SELF CARE WHILE I TAKE CARE OF OTHERS**

Caregiving is invaluable to the patients or the loved ones that we care for, and it can be demanding on us, physically and mentally.

This module helps participants to learn how to prioritise themselves in self care when caring for others. Learn to live more love, patience and care when caring for another especially challenging moments, how do we learn to take care of ourselves when it is difficult, tiring and exhausting, avoiding burnout.
