What is your role
Key focus in selling Phaco Machines, intra ocular lenses and eye surgery medical devices to improve the refractive state of the eye due to cataracts or Vitreoretinal diseases
A professional and able to engage in depth, consultative discussions with ophthalmologists and optometrists
Accountable for the achievement of an assigned territorial sales budget so that the sales and earnings of the company are maintained and increased, consistent with or above the Company’s objectives
Apart from promoting and servicing to customers, this position will also involve attending surgeries and supporting the use of our products during surgeries in the operating theatre. Will also be able to conduct presentations and trainings to doctors and customers.
Working successfully in the operating theatre is a must, and requires a professional mindset, dedication and empathy to the needs of patients, staffs and surgeons. A Candidate that displays maturity and responsible is necessary.
Building up new account coverage to further strengthen the position of the company and have consistent sales growth.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree Holder
Possess a creative, analytical and inquisitive mind
Independent, aggressive, mature and self-motivated with the ability to relate to diverse groups of people
A team player, and is willing to support other team members
Good presentation skills and computer literate as well as proficient in written and spoken English. Other local dialects will be an added advantage
