Many people got it wrong when it comes to losing weight & staying fit. They tend to focus on activities such as going to the gym, swimming, running and etc. Losing weight & staying fit is about 80% of what you eat (consume) daily. And merely 20% only of your physical activities.
So the number one key is eating real , solid and clean diet. Less to no carbs, no sugar, more protein. That's all. Kalau fail ni, it's like you running in circle. Pusing, pusing balik. Macam yo-yo.
Jadi nak bulan Ramadhan ni, let's start again shall we? Less carbs, no sugar langsung, more protein, moderate veges & fruits dan move la your body (jangan nak tidur je🤭)
Kita semua bukan shj nak fit, tapi nak sihat. Remember, our habits now define who we are in 10 years nanti.
Cth kalau degil pakai sunscreen dulu masa umur 30 tahun, mesti sekarang 40 tahun dah keluar pigmentation kan? 😉🤫
See, saya wujud dari masa hadapan. Remember what I told and preach you about sunscreen 10 yrs ago? Now I'm preaching about something else and u guys should take a consideration to listen ok.
