We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Assistant to join our healthcare team.
This role involves supporting clinic operations, assisting medical staff, and ensuring patients receive high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Interaction:
Welcome and register patients upon arrival.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
Address patient inquiries and provide accurate information about clinic services.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update patient records accurately.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Assist in the preparation and management of daily reports.
Clinical Assistance:
Prepare consultation rooms and equipment for the doctor.
Assist medical staff during procedures when necessary.
Ensure that clinic areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
Promotional Support (if required):
Support in promoting health campaigns, such as Blood Day promos and wellness events.
Qualifications:
----------------
*Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in healthcare or related field is a plus.
*Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
*Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, clinic management software).
Strong communication skills and ability to handle patients with care and empathy.
*Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
