At the age of 40yo, his parents are blessed with this handsome boy. 🥰🌟

Mummy diagnosed to have endometriosis with low ovarian reserve when she first came to see me. They were very keen for IVF treatment as they know the success rate to get pregnant is higher than conventional fertility treatment.

During her IVF cycle in June 2024, only 3 eggs collected(due to low ovarian reserve) and after fertilisation, they have 2 day 5 blastocysts. Both send for genetic testing prior implantation but only one came back to be normal(euploid).

After some hormonal suppression(in view of her endometriosis) , I transferred back one and the only embryo resulting in this adorable baby. Congratulations 🥹🥰😍❤️

40yo, Married for 10 years, previous 2 unsuccessful IVF cycles in another centre.

Mother had poor ovarian reserve, adenomyosis, endometriosis, protein S deficiency but I never gave up on her. I told her I’ll try my best to help her conceive and we will pray together 😊🙏.

This is the only euploid blastocyst for her when she had her 1st IVF cycle with me, implanted back into her uterus and by God’s grace, she was blessed to have this beautiful baby 🥹😊❤️🥰

She once told me, I almost wanted to give up until I met you. 🥹

Respect this determined and beautiful mummy.
She had undergone 3 abdominal surgeries before came for fertility treatment.

In 2010, she was diagnosed to have huge left ovarian tumour and had removal of the tumour done.
She was left with only 1 o***y and subsequently she developed cyst on the right o***y- 2 ovarian cystectomy were done in 2018 and 2023.

All are midline scars. When they first came to see me, they knew what they want. Doctor, we want to do IVF with genetic screening of all our embryos. No time was wasted because the couple is very clear their ultimate goal- to have a healthy baby. 😊

I feel so happy for them because they managed to have this baby on their first attempt of embryo transfer.🥰 She sailed through her pregnancy journey and finally, she had the 4th scar for this baby! 👏👏👏 Amazing woman!

Shout out to all the amazing women out there! You are not alone, I’ve seen many women who are still struggling to have a baby. Never give up and keep trying! ❤️ Over time, people regret of what they didn’t more than what they did do.

Thank you for coming back to have another baby. 😊
Patient first came to see me in 2021 after marying for 11 yrs, this year they are married for 15 yrs. Couple from Pahang.

They had history of IVF in Kuantan but it was unsuccessful. They came for their 1st IVF with me in Sept 2022 and delivered this baby girl who is now 3yo. Not an easy journey but the we always hear that after every storm, there is a rainbow, no matter how long it takes to show up.

Now they are ready for baby number 2 😊 Are they going for another cycle of eggs stimulation? The answer is no. Many couples can have 2,3 or 4 children from the same batch of embryos. That’s the miracle of embryos freezing. You just come back for embryo transfer procedure once you are ready for another baby. 😊

My advice to patients is if you have difficulty in conceiving after trying for 1 yr, 😊get yourself checked with the fertility doctor. Waiting will do more harm, as the quality/DNA of your eggs and sperms will be affected by age. I wish you all the best to all ttc couples ❤️😊

Congratulations to my 42yo patient who successfully conceived again for the 2nd time! 🥰😊❤️

She first came to me when she was 39yo, started IVF treatment in 2023. Initially, she started her fertility treatment in other centre in 2019.
2 cycles of IUI- not successful
2 cycles of IVF- not successful (2021 in other centre)

She came to me in 2023 and she was diagnosed to have endometriosis with adenomyosis. I didn’t perform any surgery on her as she is not keen for surgery 😊. I told her I’ll try my best 😊🥰. Her endometriotic cyst was big and her adenomyosis was huge too. She had a good collection of eggs in 2023(IVF), all her embryos were sent for genetic testing(PGTA). After transfer a single euploid blastocyst in 2023, she successfully conceived and delivered this baby girl(2yo now)😊❤️

The remaining embryos were frozen as she knew she will come back to have more babies.😊😍 So this yr, she came back to me to transfer another set of embryos. This time she hopes to have a boy. 😊 She requested to transfer 2 blastocysts due to her advanced age( again we do not encourage 2 blastocysts transfer as having twin pregnancy always carry a higher risk) and she successfully conceived TWINS! 😊❤️🥰

Soon they will be a family of 5! 🌟Many women nowadays have late marriages. You can always have a baby after 40yo. Don’t give up!! 😊🥰

How many of us can be that lucky like her? 😊🌟😍
This couple came to me in November 2024 after trying to conceive for 3 yrs. Noted that patient had a very poor ovarian reserve with low AMH.

In January 2025, we started her IVF treatment but unfortunately only 1 mature egg could be collected.
We fertilised her 1 mature egg and got only 1 embryo for her. I implanted this one and only embryo back to her uterus and voila, now they are blessed with this beautiful baby! 😍🙏🥰❤️

1st IVF, 1 egg, 1 embryo and now 1 baby 👶❤️🌟
We are so happy for them. This baby is so precious ❤️🙏

9 years after her first child, they have difficulty in conceiving a second child. They came to see me in 2023 for fertility treatment and surgery. Many roller-coaster ride with ups and downs before and during this pregnancy. It’s not easy but with perseverance and patience, they are blessed with this beautiful baby. 😊❤️🥰

Salute to this strong woman who never stop trying! 🥹
When the embryologist told me to take over the case as her patient had failed 12 previous IVF cycles with other consultant, never in my wildest dream that I will make her dream comes true. 🥹😭

When she came to me, that was her last embryo.
I studied her case thoroughly, told my embryologist to summarise for me as this patient had stayed with her since 2019.

Words can’t describe the joy when we saw her positive pregnancy test. 😭 Women are strong, my patient told me never once she wants to give up until she reaches menopause.
