Patient came to see me in 2021 for IVF treatment after married for 4 yrs. She had 2 IUI cycles in another centre but no successful pregnancy.
In Feb 2021, she had a fresh embryo transfer but ended up with ectopic pregnancy.
After a year, she came again for a frozen embryo transfer( day 5 blastocyst transfer). We were so happy for her when we found out that she was pregnant and now look at her prince, so handsome 😊.
This year, they are going to have an IVF treatment to get a sibling for this handsome prince 😊😁.

Awww… got a visit from this adorable princess! 😊❤️😍🥰 Her mummy is planning for another pregnancy soon…
Mummy came to see me since 2021 after married for 5 yrs in July 2021. They had previous history of unsuccessful clomid induction with timed intercouse and IUI cycles in 2020 in other fertility centre.

After thorough discussion, they decided for IVF treatment in August 2021 as the success rate for pregnancy in IVF treatment is higher compare to IUI and timed intercouse. They stored a good number of embryos from one cycle of IVF and then we plan for their embryo transfer cycle.
1st FET Day3 embryo - not successful ( Oct 2021 )
2nd FET Day5 embryo ( Jan 2024) - successfully pregnant with this princess 🌟🥰😊

Now they are planning to have another baby, using the same batch of embryos(2021) as this princess. 🌟🌟🌟🥰

So people often ask me IVF or IUI? In my opinion, if you plan to have at least 2-3 children, freezing your embryos can save your cost in future. Success rate of the pregnancy will depend on your age when the embryos were frozen, the younger you freeze your embryos the DNA of your embryos will be better. So even if you want to transfer this frozen embryo after 40yo to complete your family, it doesn’t matter because your success rate will be higher compared to those who just started to seek IVF treatment at age 40yo.
So as a woman, you can plan your fertility journey once you are married. If you are still single and haven’t found your Mr Right, egg freezing might be option for you. ❤️😊

This patient is from Makassar, Indonesia. They came to see me in November 2023 after 4 yrs of marriage.
After assessment done, she was diagnosed to have endometriosis. Endometriosis is a condition which is commonly associated in difficulty in conceiving.

Finally, couple keen for IVF treatment and I managed to collect 8 eggs. After fertilisation, she had 3 normal chromosomes embryos( PGTA were done). In view of her endometriosis, i did some modifications for her frozen embryo cycle and finally, she managed to conceive after her first embryo transfer. They stayed in Malaysia for a month.😊

After confirming her pregnancy, patient and her husband flew back to Indonesia and continue her pregnancy check up over there. She will always update her condition in Indonesia and just last month, she successfully delivered this beautiful baby. Mummy and baby are safe ❤️😊😍🥰

I delivered this set of twins ( 1 boy, 1 girl) on 03/03/2026. Such a beautiful date.
At the age of 43yo, my patient has completed her family.
When she was 39yo, she came to see me for IVF treatment after 3 unsuccessful IVFs in other centre. Her 1st IVF with me was successful and she delivered a baby girl at 40yo. Now, her eldest is 3yo. 😊😍

She had many normal chromosomes blastocysts during the 1st IVF with me. I suggested her to freeze her embryos for future use.

In 2025, she was ready for her 2nd pregnancy, this time she asked for a set of twins(1 boy, 1 girl). I told her normally i would only transfer one blastocyst but since this is her last pregnancy request, i will fullfill her wish. Both babies delivered by me via Caesarean section, birth weight were 3.1 and 2.7kg, mummy and both babies discharged on day 3 after delivery. 😊❤️❤️❤️ Congratulations! My heart is full seeing these babies. 😊🥰

Many couples always ask me why IVF? Can i still try for timed in*******se or IUI? I always advise them time is the limiting factor. Many women are unaware that we cannot stop our biological clock. We can look young even though we are 40yo but there is no technology which can able to reverse the age of our eggs.
Older women need more IVF cycles compare to younger women as the DNA of their eggs impaired as we aged.
So if you are not ready to have a baby yet, you can either freeze your eggs or embryos.
We can always use your frozen eggs or embryos once you are ready for motherhood. 🥰😊😍

For this patient, she is so lucky. She only had 1 cycle of egg stimulation cycle with me but we managed to freeze many embryos from the one IVF cycle in Metro IVF Puchong.

Many patients asked me, Doctor should i try for IVF if I’m after 40yo? I really wanted to have a baby.

For this patient of mine, she is 44yo. She had the most IVF cycles and I really respect her preseverance and the love for her husband. She told me as long as she is not menopause, she wants to have a baby for her family. ❤️

I knew her since 2019 but at that time i just had my baby and 4 months of confinement, so i didnt manage to do anything for her. She went for 12 IVF cycles with another doctor and just last yr, she came to me and said doctor, do you think i can have an embryo transfer with you? This is my last embryo. 🥺

I was taken aback, not because i don’t want to help her.. in my mind, i was thinking this is her last hope and what else i can offer her… ❤️ I told her ill try my best and the rest we leave it to God. We can just pray.

After looking at all her previous unsuccessful attempts of embryo transfer, i formulated a regime for her and we had a few months of preparations before her final embryo transfer. We were literally crying when we found out that she was pregnant.

She said she wants me to deliver her baby, so she had her entire pregnancy follow up with me. Very good and supportive husband, they don’t stay near my clinic area, they stayed near KLCC.

After delivery, she told me that she wants to breastfeed her baby. ❤️😍🥰 Determined and strong mama! I’m so happy for them. 😊❤️

Do you believe in fate? I always think fate, luck and trust are so important in life. She trusted and believe that i can do something different for her and I’m so proud that I’m carrying her prince! 😊❤️🥰😍🫠

Congratulations to this couple ❤️😊🥰, they are from Kuantan, Pahang and married for 6yrs. Wife is a Lecturer and Husband is a Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
They came to see me since Sept 2024 and decided for IVF treatment in June 2025.

From the IVF cycle, she only have 1 normal/euploid embryo and other embryos are mosaic.
They only came back after 5 months for embryo transfer( due to busy work schedule) and thank fully she conceived after the 1st embryo transfer. 😊❤️🥰
