BOLU KUKUS COKLAT MEKAR
By

Bahan:
1 butir telur
90 gr gula halus
80 ml air mineral
1/2 sdt vanilla extract
15 gr coklat bubuk
100 gr tepung terigu protein rendah
1/2 sdt baking powder
2 cubit garam
1 sdt emulsifier (SP)
25 gr chocochips

Cara membuat:
1. Mixer telur, gula halus, vanilla extract & air selama 5 menit dgn high speed.
2. Masukkan campuran coklat bubuk, tepung terigu, baking powder + garam secara bertahap lalu mixer dgn low speed selama 1 menit.
3. Setelah itu beri SP.. mixer kembali dgn high speed selama 5 menit
4. Beri chocochips.. aduk rata pakai Spatula.
5. Panaskan panci kukusan sampai uapnya full, lapisi tutupnya dgn serbet agar air uap tidak menetes ke kue .
6. Tuang adonan ke cup bolu kukus, kukus selama 15 menit dgn api besar.
