今天老师叫我们写
「我最喜欢的人」。
我写了：爸爸。
爸爸每天都很忙。
早上我还没起床他就出门，晚上我睡着了他才回家。
我问他会不会累。
他笑着说：“不会啦，爸爸很强。”
有一天，
爸爸真的没有回家。
妈妈一直在讲电话，
声音很小，眼睛红红的。
我很害怕。
我以为爸爸不要我了。
后来我才知道，爸爸生病了。
医生说，
还好爸爸之前做过体检，
身体有问题早就知道，所以爸爸才会被救回来。
我们家，
都有每年一次体检的习惯。
爸爸都会带着妈妈和我一起去。
那时候我不明白，
为什么要做体检。
现在我才知道，
原来这是把爸爸留在我们身边的方法之一。
现在爸爸会陪我吃饭，
陪我做功课，
也会记得去看医生。
他说，
他要一直陪着我。
我希望爸爸可以永远陪在我身边，
永远当我和妈妈的超人。 🦸♂️❤️
My Favorite Person
Today, my teacher asked us to write about
“my favorite person.”
I wrote: Dad.
Dad is always very busy.
He leaves before I wake up,
and comes home after I fall asleep.
I asked him if he gets tired.
He smiled and said,
“I’m okay. Dad is strong.”
One day,
Dad didn’t come home.
Mom was on the phone all the time.
She spoke very softly,
and her eyes were red.
I was scared.
I thought Dad didn’t want me anymore.
Later, I found out
that Dad was sick.
The doctor said
it was a good thing Dad had done a health check before.
They found the problem early,
and that’s how Dad was saved.
In our family,
we do a health check once every year.
Dad always brings Mom and me with him.
Back then,
I didn’t understand
why health checks were important.
Now I know.
It is one of the ways
to keep Dad with us.
Now Dad eats with me,
helps me with my homework,
and remembers to see the doctor.
He said
he wants to stay with me forever.
I hope Dad can always stay by my side,
and always be the superhero
for Mom and me. 🦸♂️❤️
