Why the Gut Microbiome Is Crucial for Your Health

Most disease and sickness can be reversed by restoring and rebuilding your Gut Microbiome.

Gut Microbiome – The highly important organ that breakdown and convert consumed food to metabolites for the whole body. It is invisible hence neglected most of the time.

Food and water are fuel to our body. Without intake of these fuels, our body will stop functioning, meaning death.

How does the consumed food and water become fuel to the body? We take in food and water through eating and drinking. These fuels are processed in our digestive system. The main processing system is our GUT MICRIBIOME.

Let's imagine the flow as follows.

Raw ingredients of fuels goes into our body through eating and drinking.

Our GUT MICRIBIOME takes this ingredients and convert (metabolism) into different fuels (metabolites) needed by different parts of the body. So the GUT MICRIBIOME is like a huge kitchen, with the provided raw ingredients, cooking different dishes serving different parts of the body, e.g. brain, heart, arteries, liver and so on.

When we eat food with harmful chemicals such as pesticides, the workers (microbes) in the kitchen (GUT MICRIBIOME) will be killed. If the workers reproduction rate is less than the killing rate, then the workers population is reduced. Hence the kitchen cannot cook and supply all the different foods required by different parts of the body.

The parts of the body that do not receive enough required food as fuel cannot function properly and will affect other related parts of the body such as the malfunction of the pancreas will cause sugar in the blood, Diabetes.

The population of the workers (Microbes) is huge in numbers and many different types and species. It is estimated that a normal healthy kitchen (Gut Microbiome) consist of approximately 100 trillion workers (Microbes) with may have 7000 various species (bacteria, viruses, fungi)

When the workers (Microbes) in the Kitchen (Gut Microbiome) continue to die due to consumption of harmful food and drink, the population will keep reducing and the species may also be reduced. This will create an imbalance and shortage. This condition is termed DYSBIOSIS.

As mentioned earlier, the kitchen is serving food to different parts of the body, this means the GUT has linkage as follows:-
• Gut – Brain Axis
• Gut – Kidney Axis
• Gut – Lung Axis
• Gut – Eye Axis
• Gut – Heart Axis
• Gut – Liver Axis
• Gut – Bone Axis and so on.

When Dysbiosis occurs in our GUT, the linkage or axis to will be disrupted, hence causing diseases and sicknesses such as :-
• Autism
• ADHD
• Depression
• Diabetes
• Hypertension
• Autoimmune disease
• Cancer and so on

Now we know that we need to protect our gut microbiome in order to be healthy. This is easier said than done because we have to avoid eating and drinking food that destroy these microbes in the gut.

The best food for the gut microbiome is actually plant type of food: - VEGETABLES. The phytonutrients and fibers are the best ingredients for the gut microbiome to produce the required metabolites for the body. For example, Fibers are metabolize into BUTYRATE, which is use for positively modulate Mitochondria. Mitochondria is the “battery” powering our body cell.

The irony is that all farm vegetables are tainted (chemical
pesticides, organic pesticides, plant growth regulators & etc) which is harmful to our gut microbiome. So instead of building a healthy gut, we are having a Gut Dysbiosis by eating these tainted vegetables.

The real solution is that we need to consume pure untainted vegetables that is similar to wild grown. That is why it takes us approximately 18 years (since 2004) to complete our research into planting vegetables that are without harmful pesticides (chemical and organic) and is similar to wild grown – MIRACLE FOOD VEGETABLES.

首先,我们通过饮食,将食物和水作为原始原材料摄入我们的身体。

然后,我们的肠道微生物群开始接触这些成分,并将它们进行分解、代谢以及转化为身体不同部位所需的不同的能源-代谢物。因此,肠道微生物群就如同一个巨大的厨房,通过提供原料,它就可以烹饪不同的菜肴并服务于身体的不同部位,如大脑,心脏,动脉,肝脏等器官。

然而,当我们食用含有农药等有害物质残留的蔬菜时,我们人体的厨房-肠道微生物群和它里面的大厨-微生物就会被杀死。而当这些大厨的再生速度低于摄入农药导致的死亡率时,大厨就会越来越少。最终,我们人体的厨房将无法再为全身部位提供所需的对应的食物,从而导致我们的身体部位得不到所需的营养,并逐渐变得无法正常工作,机能受限,引发病变,如胰腺功能障碍,血液中的糖份无法被及时分解而诱发的糖尿病。

我们的大厨(微生物)的数量庞大,种类繁多。据估计,一个正常的健康人体厨房(肠道微生物群)由大约100万亿大厨(微生物)组成,其中包括约7000种不同的物种(细菌,病毒,真菌)

现在,我们了解健康的主要基礎是需要保护肠道微生物群的生態。这说起来容易做起来难,因为我们必须避免食用会破坏肠道中微生物的食品。然而肠道微生物群的最佳食物实际上是植物类食物—蔬菜。植物营养素和纤维是肠道微生物群产生人体所需代谢物的最佳成分。例如,纤维可以被代谢成为丁酸盐,其将被用于積極调节线粒体。而线粒体正是为我们的身体细胞供电的“电池”。

矛盾的是,几乎所有农场蔬菜都会受到污染(化学农药,有机农药,植物生长调节剂等),这对我们的肠道微生物群极其有害。因此,在日常生活中,我们本来想通過食用蔬菜來建立一个健康的肠道,反而食用这些受污染的蔬菜会导致肠道的生态失调。

So you can see clearly the real irony to good health. You need to eat vegetables but only real natural vegetables that is not tainted with harmful pesticides.

Alterations in the accumulation of phytochemicals in fruits and vegetables may have adverse effects on the health benefits emanating from their consumption. Plants parts possess secondary metabolites in addition to their primary metabolites. Plants secondary metabolites possess many inherent biological activities that include antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and enzyme inhibitory properties, which are health benefits to humans. Accumulation of phytochemicals in plants is reportedly influenced by environmental factors or growth conditions such as lack of nutrients, pathogens attack, competitive co-habitation plant species, insect predation, and herbivorous attack. Human interventions such as agricultural practices may affect biochemical processes in plants or crops in a manner that may limitations or alterations in the accumulation of phytochemicals. The limitation of phytochemicals accumulation in fruits and vegetables may have the adverse effect on their health benefits in humans that may explain the high prevalence of life style diseases such as diabetes and cancer experienced in today’s world. The proper assessment of the influence on phytochemical responses in crops, fruits, and vegetables by modern agricultural practices such as weeding methods, herbicides, insecticides, fertilizer application, crop rotation, and co-habitation needs to be carried out. Such assessment is important since while crop production may be improved, caution should be exercised not to erode, or negatively alter phytochemical biosynthesis in crops.

We are farming vegetables that are similar to wild grown. We have taken 18 years to reach success.

The difference would be like wild grown ginseng is approximately RM1000 per ounce and chemical farming ginseng is approximately Rm50 per ounce. The phytochemical content in wild grown and chemical farm ginseng is vast different hence the pricing.

When we eat ginseng we are actually after the phytochemical content. We have successfully plant our vegetables similar to wild grown hence they are packed with the natural phytochemicals.
