RALLEL WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE’S DISABLED PERSONS, RSNCC HAVE AGREED FOR THIS CENTER AS ONE OF THE WAY IN REALIZING TO OUR GOVERNMENT POLICIES WHICH IS:

-Giving recognition and acceptance of the principle that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities for full participation in society.
