Founded by passionate people, RSNCC teams are people who specialized and experienced in Special Needs Education & Psychology. We strive for the best as well as safe, secured and conducive education, services,& experience for our students. PARALLEL WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE’S DISABLED PERSONS, RSNCC HAVE AGREED FOR THIS CENTER AS ONE OF THE WAY IN REALIZING TO OUR GOVERNMENT POLICIES WHICH IS:

-Giving recognition and acceptance of the principle that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities for full participation in society.
-To ensure that the disabled enjoy the rights, equal opportunities and access for under national law.
-Eliminating discrimination against a person because of his disability and.
