Never expected Motherhood to be that challenging till I became a mother :)

Being as a rebellious child myself, always criticising my mum for the things she had never done. Only now then, I realized being as a mother itself is challenging.

Sacrifices of uncountable time for our lovely child that included our time to sleep. Staying up late for meal preparation, party decoration or plan activities for our child just to make our days meaningful and educational.

And everything makes it so worth while, when you see your smile, laugh, excelling in different areas in their life and finding their nitche in life.🥰

Yup, that's unconditional love is all about.

Whenever my child broke down, my parents will try multiple ways to stop them from crying..... Oh yes, I was born in a traditional family that crying is bad.

Only when I grew up, I learned that "Emotions are build in a way to help us move and survive." and if we try to suppress our emotions, it will affect our health in a negative manner.

Buidling a healthy emotions starts from our family. Asking your children frequently, "How are you feeling today?" will help our children accept their emotions healthily.

Why Parents Yell??

How to remain calm and peaceful when you face a child who is throwing her tantrum?

There are multiple times that I try desperately to cool myself whenever I face with my child. Running our of patience is always my struggle.

It’s difficult to watch a child struggle with intense emotions. Sometimes it feels so painful to watch your child hurt that you wish it would all go away. This is when you find yourself trying to squash the emotion by saying, “You’re fine” or “Stop crying” or “This isn’t a big deal” or “Too bad.”

But, in the past, when I tried to squash the emotion, I never gave my son the chance to cope, develop self-control, or calm himself. One excellent way to help kids learn to cope on their own is to meet them right at the emotion.

You can say things like…

”It’s disappointing when you have to leave the toy shop.”

“It’s disappointing when you have to say good night with your friends and go to bed at night.”

“It’s disappointing when you can't have ice cream this time.”

#妈宝食谱 #坐月妈吗❤️❤️❤️❤️
坐月期间， 当然是要吃点可温暖子宫，祛风散寒的食物，艾叶蛋姜汤味道清爽， 不油腻， 还能祛风寒， 温暖子宫

材料：
1把鲜艾叶（要注意❤️取嫩叶，老的太粗不要）
20克 姜丝
2粒 鸡蛋
¼小匙 盐
200毫升 清水
1/2饭碗糯米酒

做法：
1）鲜艾叶洗净后取嫩叶；鸡蛋加入盐打散备用。
2）姜丝以文火炒干，加入2大匙麻油炒香一半姜丝，加入鲜艾叶拌炒一会，倒入蛋液，以中火略煎至蛋液稍凝固。
3）锅里再烧热1大匙麻油，爆香其余的姜丝，注入清水，糯米酒煮沸，把艾叶煎蛋回锅，再煮滚，最后加入少许盐调味即可。

Anshin is the 'feeling of contentment 🥰and relief or peace of the heart ❤️(not just body)'. The Japanese believe that shared sleep - facilitates anshin for both babies and parents🤱🤱🤱

Yup, I am a parent too and cosleep with daughter 🖐. I usually being kick awake at 3am 😅

I'd be lying if I said bedsharing is always a smooth sailing, because anything that's meaningful in life usually isn't easy. Bedsharing has been one of the greatest blessings of parenthood and it deserves to be celebrated. ❤️
