【Finally saying goodbye to my non-stop cough!】
I've been absolutely miserable with this cough lately. I'd cough all day and all night, and my throat felt like it was on fire. The nighttime coughing was the worst—it was so bad my family was really worried. The slightest cold breeze would make my throat itch, and then the coughing fits would start.
My friends joked that I was going to cough up a lung. I tried all sorts of remedies, but nothing worked, and I was at my wits' end. Then someone recommended I see Dr.Lee. He prescribed a few doses of his Cough-Relief and Phlegm-Resolving Decoction.
After just a few days, I felt so much better! The symptoms improved significantly. I continued taking it for about a week, and now the cough is pretty much gone. My throat feels so much better, and I can finally get a good night's sleep. This medicine is a lifesaver! 👍 ~madam wong xx

Constipated children get sick more easily, and are more likely to develop these health problems:

1. Fever
Constipated kids often have repeated fevers because toxins stay inside the body and create “heat.”

2. Poor Appetite
Long-term constipation upsets the stomach and intestines. Kids may feel bloated and refuse to eat.

3. Irritability & Poor Sleep
When stool doesn’t come out, the body can’t release extra heat. Children may feel restless and sleep badly at night.

4. Poor Growth
Kids grow very fast. But if constipation reduces nutrient absorption, their height and growth may be affected.

5. Low Immunity & Frequent Illness
Constipation can make children eat less, get sick often, and with wrong medications (like overusing antibiotics), immunity becomes weaker — creating a bad cycle.

6. Stomach Pain
Blocked intestines can cause cramps and stomach aches. In serious cases, it may even lead to appendicitis.

7. Bedwetting
Constipation makes the re**um swollen, pressing on the bladder. This causes frequent urination in the day and bedwetting at night.

8. Repeated Tonsillitis
In Chinese medicine, the lung and large intestine are connected. If stool isn’t cleared, heat moves to the lungs, causing repeated tonsil infections.

9. Headaches, Dizziness & Poor Memory
Toxins from stool (like methane, ammonia) can enter the brain, leading to headaches, poor memory, and weaker learning ability.

10. Malnutrition
If children don’t eat well because of bloating and weak digestion, they can’t absorb enough nutrition, which slows both body and brain development.

11. Frequent Colds
Children with constipation often have too much internal heat, making them sensitive to weather changes — they catch colds easily.

12. Repeated Cough
When constipation is treated, the large intestine clears, and the lungs can work better. That’s why coughs often improve when constipation is solved.

✨ A secondary school student had been struggling with chronic constipation for years — sometimes going 10 days without a single bowel movement, and usually only once every 4–5 days. Western medicine and Chinese herbs were tried, but things only got worse.

Then on 22.08.2025, after just ONE acupuncture session, something amazing happened — the very next day, the student had 3 normal, well-formed bowel movements in 2 days! Since then, bowel movements have become daily and smooth. In just a few days, the belly has slimmed down and energy has returned.

Tomorrow we’ll continue with follow-up sessions, and it looks like just a few more treatments could finally bring complete relief! 😆✨

🌿 Life feels so much lighter when the body can finally let go.
Acupuncture truly brings hope for stubborn constipation.

😣 Sore throat with thick, sticky phlegm that just won’t go away?
Sometimes hot food makes the throat even more painful, while sweet food makes the phlegm worse at night.

Here’s a simple home remedy you can make in your kitchen!
👉 Ingredients:
1 Snow Pear (remove seeds, cut into cubes with skin)
3g Dried Tangerine Peel
5g Fritillaria Cirrhosa (Zhe Bei Mu)

👉 Method:
1.Put all ingredients into 800ml water.
2.Boil on high heat for 10 minutes, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
3.Drink warm. It’s soothing, clear, and tasty.

This natural drink helps to clear phlegm, soothe sore throat, and nourish the lungs. 🌿🍐

Last night, a friend told me:
“These days, I keep coughing at night. It gets worse whenever I drink something cold or eat chilled food. My throat feels itchy, with phlegm stuck inside, and I just can’t sleep well.”
I smiled and replied:
“In times like this, there’s a simple home remedy you can try. Natural, easy, yet often effective.”

👉 Ingredients: 3 slices of fresh ginger (about 15g), a small piece of licorice root, and 1 stalk of spring onion (the white part, finely chopped).
How to make: Put ginger and licorice into 2 bowls of water. Boil on high heat for 5 minutes, then simmer on low heat for another 25 minutes. Turn off the heat, add in the chopped spring onion, cover, and let it steep for 5 minutes. Drink it warm. As the warmth flows down, the chest feels lighter and the phlegm gradually loosens.

⚠️ Reminder: If you have a sore throat, this tea is not suitable.
As Traditional Chinese Medicine says: “Spring onion, ginger, and licorice help release the exterior and dispel cold.”
Just a small bowl of this herbal tea may bring you a peaceful night’s sleep.

🫁 Phlegm That Just Won’t Go Away? TCM Has the Answers!
Recently, many friends told me:
“I always have phlegm stuck in my throat;
after iced drinks, it’s thin and bubbly;
after sweet fruits or fried chicken, it’s thick and sticky — and I can’t cough it out completely.”

In TCM, phlegm can be caused by different patterns — spleen deficiency, dampness, heat in the lungs, kidney deficiency, or yin deficiency — and each needs a different approach.

🌿 Five TCM Approaches to Clear Phlegm
1️⃣ Strengthen Spleen & Nourish Lungs — Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi Tang with bamboo shavings & magnolia bark
2️⃣ Reinforce Qi & Essence — Shen Ling Bai Zhu San / Bu Tian Da Zao Wan
3️⃣ Dry Dampness & Transform Phlegm — Er Chen Tang with magnolia bark & agastache
4️⃣ Clear Heat & Resolve Phlegm — Qing Qi Hua Tan Wan with honeysuckle & forsythia
5️⃣ Moisten Lungs & Transform Phlegm — Sha Shen Mai D**g Tang with fritillaria

💡 Tips:
·Avoid cold drinks, drink warm water
·Reduce fried & sweet foods
·Eat more loofah, winter melon, white radish
·Exercise moderately to promote qi and blood circulation

Phlegm is your body’s way of saying: It’s time to restore balance

🧠In fascia theory, soft tissue pain is rarely isolated — the body functions as a chain.
This case of ankle pain without swelling was traced to restricted fascia lines running from the thigh to the ankle.
Through precise acupuncture and fascia release, the patient's pain was targeted not only locally at the ankle, but also along the lateral and medial fascia chain, restoring proper muscle tension and circulation.
