- SEN Teacher (Full-Time)
- SEN Teacher Assistant (Full/Part-Time)
- Shadow Aide (School-Based) – support a child’s learning in mainstream classes
- SEN Therapist (e.g., ABA/Behavior Therapist, Early Interventionist, Speech/OT assistants)

What You’ll Do:
- Create/assist with individualized learning plans and goal tracking
- Support communication, behavior regulation, and functional academics
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group sessions with compassion and structure
- Collaborate with families & a multidisciplinary team for consistent carryover
- For Shadow Aide: facilitate classroom participation, peer interaction, and accommodations

We’re Looking For
- Experience in special education / early intervention / related fields
- Patience, empathy, adaptability, and strong teamwork
- Able to plan engaging, visual and hands-on activities
- Willingness to learn—training and supervision provided
