A very common case… but often MISSED 🧠

A patient came in with persistent dizziness for several days.
Had already visited a panel clinic multiple times and was given:
💊 Anti-dizziness medication
💊 Muscle relaxants

But instead of improving, the condition actually got worse 😵‍💫

👉 On deeper history taking, one important clue appeared:
Besides dizziness, the patient also had
❗ Poor appetite
❗ Occasional reflux / gastric discomfort

Muscle relaxants can relax the gastric sphincter,

💡 In clinical practice, this is actually VERY common but easily overlooked:

👉 The root cause may be: Indigestion

The stomach sits at the center of our body. When digestion is poor:

一位病人因为头晕持续好几天,已经去过诊所几次,被给予常见的:
💊 止晕药
💊 肌肉放松剂

但情况不但没有改善,反而越来越严重 😵‍💫

👉 进一步询问后发现一个关键点:
除了头晕,病人还有
❗ 食欲差
❗ 偶尔反胃 / 胃酸倒流

而肌肉放松剂其实会放松胃部括约肌,
👉 更容易引发胃酸倒流 🔥

🚨 “Doctor, I suddenly feel dizzy…”

Today a lady rushed into my clinic.

It started with something that looked very harmless —
just a few itchy rashes like mosquito bites on her shoulder.

But within minutes, the rashes began to spread:

Shoulder ➡️ Neck ➡️ Whole body

By the time she reached the clinic, she started having:
⚠️ Dizziness
⚠️ Blurred vision
⚠️ Face turning pale
⚠️ Weak pulse

This is no longer just a skin rash.
This is a systemic allergic reaction.

We immediately treated her with:
💉 Antihistamine injection
💉 Steroid injection
💧 IV normal saline

Thankfully she improved quickly and was able to walk home safely.

But not all cases are this lucky.

🚨 Swelling of lips, tongue or throat
🚨 Severe dizziness or collapse
🚨 Very weak pulse
🚨 Loss of consciousness

👉 Immediate hospital treatment is required.

🚨 过敏反应,不只是“皮肤痒”这么简单!

今天有一位女士匆忙来到我的诊所。

一开始只是肩膀出现像蚊子叮咬一样的痒疹。
但是在短短几分钟内,皮疹开始快速扩散:

肩膀 ➡️ 颈部 ➡️ 几乎全身

当她来到诊所时,已经开始出现:

⚠️ 头晕
⚠️ 视线模糊
⚠️ 脸色苍白
⚠️ 脉搏变弱

这已经不只是普通皮肤过敏,
而是全身性过敏反应。

我们立即给予:
💉 抗组织胺注射
💉 类固醇注射
💧 静脉点滴(Normal Saline)

所幸治疗及时,她很快恢复,也可以自己走回家。

但并不是每一个人都这么幸运。

⚠️ 过敏反应其实有不同严重程度

🟢 轻度过敏

局部皮肤痒

少量风疹(荨麻疹)

轻微肿胀

通常服用抗过敏药即可缓解。

👉 必须立即送医院急救。

如果过敏时出现以下症状:
