1) Q: When will the products be ready? A: Products will be ready on the next 2 days. We will only make our products when we received paid order request. This is to ensure the products you received are baked fresh.
2) Q: How does delivery work? A: We offer self pick-up and delivery serv
ice. Delivery service only available for those who ordered a minimum or 3 cups of overnight oats / 3 packs of granola (a mixture of these products are acceptable). Small amount of delivery fees are required. Pick Up Location : Shoplot at Kolombong (Opposite to Mitsubishi Motors Car Dealer ;around area of Taman BDC and Taman Khidmat) – RM0.00
Delivery Location : Damai / Lintas / City Mall / Metro Town / Kolombong (not the pick up location from above) – RM5.00
3) Q: Placed order, but how to pay? A: We will contact you to go through the details once we received your order request form. Currently, we only accept bank transfers.
4) Q: How long till the crunch goes away? A: Our granola packs come in a ziplock pouch. Even so, we recommend that you consume it within 2 weeks after opening. If your bag is left unopened, it can last up to over a month if stored in fridge.
5) Q: How long can I keep the overnight oats? A: We will recommend that you consume it within 3-4 days once you received our products, due to nature fruit oxidize. PLEASE KEEP THE OVERNIGHT OATS IN THE FRIDGE !!!
6) Q: WAIT.. Is your product HALAL? A: Although we are not halal-certified, but we promise that our products are meat-free and we only use plant based oils. No worries, do drop us a Facebook message or email us at healthjunkiess@gmail.com. We will try our best to get your doubts cleared !
