‼️Manakala kadar obesiti dalam kalangan orang dewasa Malaysia adalah yang tertinggi di Asia.
Fahamkan bahawa kanak-kanak yang obes cenderung untuk membesar menjadi dewasa yang obes.

Obesiti boleh menyumbang kepada kematian pramatang (premature death) semasa dewasa disebabkan penyakit-penyakit tidak berjangkit berkaitan obesiti seperti diabetes, hipertensi, hiperkolesterolemia dan penyakit kardiovaskular.

Obesiti kanak-kanak ini boleh diatasi bermula dari keluarga di rumah. Wujudkan persekitaran yang sihat dan berikan pemakanan yang terbaik untuk anak-anak bagi mengelakkan faktor obesogenik.
