Headstand isn’t just about going upside down — it’s about alignment, strength, and control.

On the ❌ WRONG side: – Legs and core are relaxed → no stability
– Lower back collapses → risk of injury
– Elbows are too wide → weak foundation
– Shoulders sink → pressure on the neck

On the ✅ RIGHT side: – Core is fully engaged → strong lift and balance
– Tailbone tucked → protects the lower back
– Spine stays long and straight
– Elbows stacked under shoulders → solid base
– Shoulders actively push the floor away → reduces neck strain
– Using a block helps maintain proper alignment

👉 Remember: Headstand is a full-body activation pose, not just a balance trick. Master the foundation before chasing height.
