For many years, we believed that consuming soy as it naturally contains phytoestrogens which might increase the risk of breast cancer. Multiple studies have explored this issue, and the findings often appeared contradictory. However, beyond its well-known benefits for healthy cholesterol and heart health, more recent research has highlighted soy’s protective role in prostate, breast, colorectal and other cancers, particularly among Asian populations such as the Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. It is safe!!!

多年来，人们一直担心由于大豆天然含有植物雌激素，食用大豆可能会增加乳腺癌的风险。针对这一问题，许多研究进行了探讨，而早期的研究结果常常显得相互矛盾。

然而，除了众所周知的有助于改善胆固醇水平和心脏健康之外，近年的研究进一步指出，大豆在前列腺癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌及其他癌症方面可能具有保护作用，这一现象在中国人、韩国人和日本人等亚洲人群中尤为明显。
