Job Position: Store Assistant

Job Descriptions
• To assist Manager and Supervisor in the retail.
• Advice and resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• To maintain the retail clean and tidy at all time.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Receive payment by cash, cheques, credit card etc.
• Guiding and solving queries of customer.
• Will be providing training for new joining candidates.
• Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions.

Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least SPM
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Required Skill(s): Good customer service skills, team player
