Jarum kering adalah teknik terapeutik yang digunakan oleh ahli terapi fizikal untuk merawat kesakitan myofascial dan titik pencetus.
Ia melibatkan memasukkan jarum nipis dan steril ke dalam kawasan otot tertentu untuk melegakan kesakitan dan meningkatkan fungsi.
