练习任何体位有三个原则
(一)身体放松
(二)有觉知而缓慢地呼吸
(三)专注的心念
最主要的是从放松开始
要检查自己的体式
不需要用到的部位就要学会放松
它才不会阻碍“气”的流动
让能量和肌肉的力量去到
需要使用到能量的部位
那么体式的好处就能发挥到极至
体式也因稳定而达到舒服
如果身体因为“气”的堵塞感到僵硬
长期不良的日常姿势
心理的紧张和压力造成的习惯性紧绷
那么放松是做好一切体位的基本要求
最容易被忽略的就是我们的下额
不自觉怂着,无感的肩膀
紧张咬紧的牙根
在练习大休息的时候
很多时候我们都不知道
自己的牙根是咬紧的
不知道肩膀是怂着的
一路以来的习以为常,无感的紧绷
直到有天,老师轻轻推下自己肩膀的时候
才知道原来自己是没法完全放松的状态
当我们学会了完全放松牙根
自然就会一路松到太阳穴的位置
此时我们的头脑会开始变得清晰
因而有了更深入的觉知
缓慢自然的呼吸也将一起驻入体式
心念会开始专注
瑜伽也在这个时刻开始了
REUNION “合一”
There are three principles for practicing asana
(1) body relaxation
(2) Breathe slowly and consciously
(3) Focused mind
The main thing is to Start asana with relaxation.
Learn to relax the part of body where you don't need to use it,
It will not hinder the flow of “Qi”
Let the energy and the power of muscle go to the part that needed.
Then the benefits of the asana can be maximized.
Asanas are comfortable due to stability
If the body feels stiff due to the blockage of "Qi",
Our chronic poor daily posture,
Psychological tension and habitual tension caused by stress,
Then relaxation is the basic requirement of doing well in all postures
The part we always neglect is our forehead,
unconsciously cowardly shoulders,
and gritted teeth
During the practice break - SHAVASANA
Most of the time we don't know our
own teeth are clenched
don't know if the shoulders are cowardly.
Until one day, when my yoga teacher/Guruji gently pushed down my shoulder
I just realized that I can't relax completely.
When we learn to completely relax the root of the tooth
Naturally, it will loosen all the way to the position of the forehead.
Our minds will start to become clear and concious,
thus a deeper awareness
Slow and natural breathing will also come into the pose together
The mind will start to focus
Yoga also begins at this moment
