Pilates Chair (or Step) — Supported Heel Up & Down
1️⃣ Phase 1 — Slow & Controlled Form
Place your hands lightly on the chair or step for balance.
Lift your heels slowly, hold briefly at the top, then lower with control.
Focus on posture, alignment, and smooth motion.
Start with small range and mindful breathing.
2️⃣ Phase 2 — Gentle Repetition for Muscle Activation
Once you’re comfortable with the movement, repeat a little faster for several reps.

👣 1. Heel Lift (Ankle Mobility Exercise)
Support yourself on a stable surface and gently lift your heels off the ground.
Focus on controlled movement and smooth lowering.
👉 Start with a small range and gradually increase as the joints loosen.
This helps improve balance and ankle flexibility — essential for walking stability.

Hold onto a chair or wall for support.
