The Nabhi Vasti treatment offered at Svastha Ayurvedic Spa was an incredibly magical and deeply relaxing experience for me. The experience, truly transported me to a different world.
From the moment you lye down, the gentle warmth of the oil applied to your navel area immediately soothes and calms your body. The focused attention to the abdominal region helps release accumulated tension and promotes a sense of deep relaxation throughout the entire body.
As the therapy progresses, a profound sense of calm washes over, and any stress or discomfort seems to melt away. Through the process, I must mention that Rubi who did the treatment for me, transferred such pure energy and took so much care by paying attention to Details.
The treatment revitalizes both the body and mind, made me feel grounded, balanced, and utterly rejuvenated, as if every muscle has been nourished and every worry has been eased instantly.
