We’re thrilled to share that Dr Risky will be exhibiting her artwork in Shades of Expression—a group exhibition that celebrates creativity as a form of emotional and personal expression.

🌿 Dr Risky’s pieces offer a deeply personal look into living with ADHD, turning art into a way to pause, process, emotions & find calm. While her academic research focuses on wellbeing in organisations, this collection invites us into her inner world—honest, imperfect and profoundly human. Besides, her participation reflects IWOW’s commitment to inclusive & holistic wellbeing, bridging lived experience with scholarly insight and showcasing the power of creative expression in mental health and neurodiversity.

Come visit and support this inspiring showcase of talent and resilience—open to all!
