Stasang Session:- Important of holistic approach in health and weight management.
Yogadandasana is a powerful seated yoga asana. Traditionally, yogadandasana is associated with balancing or activating svadisthana chakra. This is the sacral chakra boost creativity and sensuality. It may help to reduce anxiety or fear of pleasure as well.
The hip-opening nature of the posture may also help to release stuck or stagnant energy or tension from this area, which can also provide an uplifting, empowering or simply balancing effect.
We also had a discussion about health and weight management technique via holistic way. According to World Health Organization, an achievable and sustainable weight loss target is usually 0.25kg-1kg per week. A holistic approach can help you to achieve your goal without any side effect. There's no shortcut to losing weight. Holistic weight loss is a comprehensive, sustainable approach to losing weight that doesn't merely focus on reducing the numbers on the scale. Instead, it emphasizes the overall health and well-being of the individual, addressing physical, emotional, and mental aspects.
