🦠Due to insufficient clinical data, the FDA and EMA have not approved Ivermectin for use in treating or preventing Covid-19.❌❌❌

🦠WHO only recommends the use of Ivermectin in the setting of clinical trials, in which patients are monitored closely by experienced clinicians and researchers for safety and efficacy.🔬🧬

🦠大马卫生部国家药剂监管机构(NPRA)指出,该药并没有在药物控制执法组(PKBD)下注册给人类使用,至今仍还是动物抗寄生虫药物。

🦠乱服用此药可能引起恶心、呕吐、腹泻、低血压(低血压)、过敏反应(瘙痒和荨麻疹)、头晕、共济失调(平衡问题)、痉挛、昏迷甚至死亡。😱😨

🦠美国食品药品管理局(FDA), 欧洲药品管理局(EMA)也基于目前缺乏临床数据,至今未批准IVERMECTIN作为治疗和预防冠病的用途。❌❌❌

🦠世界卫生组织(WHO)仅允许IVERMECTIN用以进行临床试验以鉴定是否有效治疗冠病。至今为止仍没有临床数据证明该药能有效治疗或预防冠病。🔬🧬

📌中枢神经系统 (CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM)
睡眠不足会使大脑没有足够的休息,因此造成了大脑反应迟钝。🧠
这样大脑对身体发出的信息也会延迟。📉

这两种荷尔蒙是控制身体的饥饿感和饱腹感的。
睡眠不足还会降低身体对葡萄糖的耐受性,并与胰岛素抵抗有关。

📌心血管系统(CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM)

THE EFFECTS OF CORONASOMNIA/INSOMNIA OR SLEEP DEPRIVATION ON YOUR BODY.

If you eat well and exercise regularly, but don’t get at least seven hours of sleep every night, you may be undermining all of your other efforts.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BODY WHEN YOU DO NOT GET ENOUGH SLEEP?

CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM
Sleep deprivation leaves your brain exhausted, so it can’t perform its duties as well.
The signals your body sends may also be delayed, decreasing your coordination and increasing your risk for accidents.
It negatively affects your mental abilities and emotional state. (more impatient or prone to mood swings)

IMMUNE SYSTEM
While you sleep, your immune system produces protective, infection-fighting substances like antibodies and cytokines to combat foreign invaders such as bacteria and viruses.
Long-term sleep deprivation also increases your risk for chronic conditions, such as diabetes mellitus and heart disease.

RESPITORY SYSTEM
As you wake up throughout the night, this can cause sleep deprivation, which leaves you more vulnerable to respiratory infections like the common cold and flu.

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM
Sleep affects the levels of two hormones, leptin and ghrelin, which control feelings of hunger and fullness.
Sleep deprivation also lowers the body’s tolerance for glucose and is associated with insulin resistance.
These disruptions can lead to diabetes mellitus and obesity.

CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM
Sleep affects processes that keep your heart and blood vessels healthy, including those that affect your blood sugar, blood pressure, and inflammation levels.
It also plays a vital role in your body’s ability to heal and repair the blood vessels and heart.

ENDOCRINE SYSTEM
Hormone production is dependent on your sleep.
For testosterone production, you need at least 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep and waking up throughout the night could affect hormone production.
This interruption can also affect growth hormone production, especially in children and adolescents.

CORONASOMNIA MINI SERIES PART 1.

DO WE ACTUALLY HAVE ENOUGH SLEEP?
More than 20% of adults haven’t received enough sleep on a regular basis for years.
Sleep-deprivation was already a problem, then, COVID-19 happened.
Brought on by the stress of living in a global pandemic, sleep experts have labeled these sleep problems “coronasomnia,” a portmanteau of coronavirus and insomnia.
Prior to the pandemic, about 24% of people suffered from sleep maintenance insomnia, or difficulty staying asleep.
During the pandemic, that increased to 40%.

WHAT IS CORONASOMNIA?
Coronasomnia is characterized by an increase in sleep problems during the pandemic, as well as symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress.
While insomnia is often linked to anxiety and depression, coronasomnia differs from traditional insomnia because it’s related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

CORONASOMNIA SYMPTONS.
+ Insomnia symptoms, such as difficulty falling and staying asleep.
+ Increased stress levels.
+ Increased symptoms of anxiety and depression, such as intrusive thoughts.
+ Delayed sleep schedules.
+ Symptoms of sleep deprivation, such as increased daytime sleepiness, impaired concentration and focus, and poor mood.

WHAT CAUSES CORONASOMNIA?
+ Increased Stress
+ Loss of Daily Routines
+ Increased Media Consumption

There is an ongoing state of uncertainty over job security, health, and when things will return to normal.
With so much changing all at once, it’s no wonder people are having trouble sleeping.

CAN SLEEP ACTUALLY HELP US REDUCE THE RISK OF GETTING SICK AND INFECTED WITH COVID-19?
Studies has proven that if you sleep for 1 hour more each time you sleep at night, you have a 12% lower chances to get infected. ⁣⁣
⁣But this is not the case for those who didn't sleep well with a 88% increased chance of getting infected⁣⁣.
⁣⁣Furthermore, sleeping also leads to a better vaccine response compared to those who do not have enough sleep.⁣⁣

今天就让我们来聊聊这类型的失眠症吧!!

着这个疫情中,失眠症已经成为了社会的一大问题。而这个疫情导致失眠的人数从24%增加到了40%,也就是说10个人里有4个人面临失眠问题.

新冠失眠症顾名思义,在新冠疫情施虐下所引起的失眠症。

失眠症的症状如下:
+ 难入眠或者大多数时间都在浅睡状态
+ 压力增加
+ 引起焦虑和忧郁症
+ 影响专注力, 情绪不稳定, 白天打瞌睡

那到底是什么导致这个问题呢?
+ 压力变大 (工作不稳定, 病例上升)
+ 居家生活导致生活不规律
+ 读取假新闻,引起恐慌

"Should You Avoid Certain Medications or Treatments Before Getting Vaccinated for COVID-19?

The effectiveness of the vaccine is all depends on your body’s immune reaction to it. However, is it definitely not dependent on any food or drink before and after vaccination.

ROUTINE medications like Blood Pressure, Diabetes or Cholesterol medication, should you stop it before vaccination?

Many studies were done on patients with these diseases. If let say you have high blood pressure, you should continue taking it with a peace of mind without any worry. Vaccines still works well without being affected by these regular medications.

However, you should inform your vaccinator if you’ve gotten the following:

a) Recently vaccinated with other types of vaccines like for tetanus or measles. There should be a 14 days gap from your COVID-19 vaccine.

b) Steroids? If you are on oral steroid tablets for chronic diseases, it’s fine to keep taking them. But if you have a choice of starting a steroid right before the COVID-19 vaccination, you’ll want to wait. On the other hand, if you’ve recently gotten a steroid injection, you may need to consult your doctor or reschedule the COVID-19 vaccination. Steroid creams however are safe before or after vaccination.

c) Cancer therapies, immune suppression drug or if you have rheumatoid arthritis and you need certain injections every month, you would need to consult your doctor on the best time to get vaccinated.

d) Pain killers before vaccination. Avoid any anti-inflammatory drugs before vaccination. Paracetamol is good enough for standby if you have any chills or pain after vaccination.

Omg😳perkara ini sangat sangat serious memandangkan Covid-19 adalah satu penyakit yang masih belum dijumpai ubat!!
