Can you differentiate between physiological congestion and systemic inflammation in under 3 seconds?
Clinical precision is what separates a generalist from an expert. In the IBLCE® exam and in your private practice, recognizing the "Mastitis Spectrum" early is critical for maternal safety and breastfeeding longevity.

The Logic:
While engorgement is usually bilateral and lacks systemic symptoms, Mastitis presents with focal, wedge-shaped redness and a fever often exceeding 38.4°C.

Challenge: Did you get this right?

Most people think clinical education is about how many hours you spend reading. I learned the hard way that hours don’t equal retention.

Last year, I watched my husband struggle with his IT certification. He was drowning in PDFs but failing the practice exams. I realized I had the exact same problem with the IBCLC exam prep. Passive reading is a trap.

So, I coded a solution. 💻

I built a diagnostic engine that forces "Active Recall." Instead of just reading about a pathology, you have to diagnose it. It tracks your weak spots so you stop wasting time on what you already know.

It worked for him. Now, I’ve loaded it with 900+ IBCLC clinical scenarios to help you master the exam with clinical precision.

Join the journey.
Let’s build the future of lactation education. 🚀

As many of you know, Dr. Koe has closed her clinic. We are so grateful for the trust you placed in us during the pandemic.

While the clinic is closed, we believe the mission of supporting breastfeeding families must continue. To honor that legacy, this page is evolving into Smart Lactation.

Moving forward, we will focus on training the next generation of Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) with advanced clinical tools and exam prep. If you are a healthcare professional or aspiring to be one, we welcome you to stay! If not, we thank you for being part of our journey.

Onward to the future of lactation education! 🚀
