The Sakthi School of Yoga, under the inspiring leadership of Master S.K. Durai, proudly celebrated its 11th International Yoga Day at MAEPS, Serdang on June 21, 2025, marking a milestone achievement for the nation. With 5,368 active participants, the event has been officially recognized in the Malaysia Book of Records for the largest participation in a yoga session.

With over 6,000 registered attendees, including participants from Singapore and India, the event showcased yoga’s remarkable ability to transcend borders, cultures, and generations. From vibrant cultural performances to awe-inspiring yoga demonstrations by children, senior citizens, and expectant mothers, every moment reflected dedication, unity, and the spirit of wellness.

Master S.K. Durai’s message resonated with all: “Yoga is not merely a practice, it is a path that
connects us with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.”
