*Nourishing Herbal Soup*
500g chicken, cut into medium size
1 Chinese white pepper soup herbs sachet
10 cloves black garlic
1 corn cut into small pcs
10 red dates
1 tablespoon goji berries
650ml clean water
2 tspoon salt
Seasonings:
1 tspoon oyster sauce
1 tspoon thick soya sauce
(Meal for 2)
Boil water. Add the herbs sachet, garlic, and chicken meat.
Cook for 5 minutes. Add the corns. Add the seasonings.
Cook till corn and garlic is cooked and the chicken meats are tender.
Add the goji berries.
Turn off the heat, cover the soup for 5 minutes.
Ready to serve with hot rice and along with some soft cakoi😍
