🌿 rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)
Now Available in Seremban 🌿
——

✨ What is rTMS?
rTMS is a non-invasive, painless, and anesthesia-free brain stimulation therapy.
It uses precisely targeted magnetic pulses to modulate specific brain regions involved in
emotion regulation, pain perception, motor control, attention, and cognitive function.
Internationally, rTMS is supported by clinical evidence and is commonly used as an adjunctive or alternative treatment for:
✔️ Major depressive disorder
✔️ Anxiety and panic disorders
✔️ Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
✔️ ADHD
✔️ Insomnia and autonomic dysregulation
✔️ Neuropathic pain
✔️ Parkinson’s disease (motor and non-motor symptoms)
✔️ Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and early dementia
✔️ Neurodevelopmental or acquired brain conditions (e.g. cerebral palsy, CP)
rTMS does not replace all medical treatments,
but serves as an important evidence-based therapeutic option for selected patients.

🩺 Important Medical Requirement
▪️ rTMS is a medical intervention
▪️ A doctor’s referral letter is required prior to treatment
▪️ All patients will undergo a medical suitability assessment
▪️ Treatment plans are individualized and monitored by a professional psychiatric team
This process ensures safety, appropriateness, and medical accountability.
Not every condition is suitable for rTMS, and proper assessment is an essential part of care.

Here,
it is not about adding “another treatment,”
but about giving the brain the right conditions
to relearn balance and stability—safely and gently.

November is Men's Health Month. Let's take this opportunity to start a crucial conversation.

Society often tells men to "tough it out," but true strength lies in the courage to care for your mental well-being. At here, we want every man to know: It's okay to not be okay, and it's essential to ask for help.

🔹 Individual Therapy for Men: A confidential space to address depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions.
🔹 Crisis Support & Su***de Prevention: Immediate, professional, and compassionate care for when the weight feels heaviest.
🔹 Medication Management: Utilizing evidence-based treatments to help restore balance and well-being.
🔹 Building Resilience: Developing practical coping skills for emotional regulation, communication, and strength.

Your journey to wellness starts with a single, courageous step. Reach Out: A simple call or click is all it takes.

Be Heard: In a judgment-free zone, we'll listen and understand your unique story. Find Your Path: We'll work with you to create a personalized plan for healing and growth.

💙 Let's redefine strength. Let's build a community where every man feels empowered to seek the support he deserves.

🧠 World Mental Health Day | 10 October 2025
Theme: Access to services – Mental health in catastrophes and emergencies

In Malaysia, many have faced challenges—natural disasters, economic stress, or emotional strain after difficult events. During such times, taking care of our mental well-being is just as vital as caring for our physical health.

This year’s theme reminds us that access to mental health care is essential, especially in times of crisis.

Our team of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and counsellors work together to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals and families who need help navigating emotional distress, trauma, or anxiety.

💬 Whether you are struggling with stress, loss, or uncertainty—seeking help is an act of courage and self-care.

Let’s create a Malaysia where mental health support is always within reach, and asking for help is seen as strength, not weakness.

🌿 Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) & Risk Factors

Many people ask: “Is memory decline always dementia?”
The answer is no. Some people first develop Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) — memory or thinking issues more than normal ageing, but not yet dementia.

The good news? 🥳 Research (including the Lancet Commission) shows 12 lifestyle and health factors can lower our risk or delay dementia.

👉 In the pictures, you’ll see:

🌿轻度认知障碍 (MCI) 与失智症风险因素

很多人会问:“记性变差是不是就是失智症?”
其实不一定。有些人会先出现 轻度认知障碍(MCI) —— 记忆或思维能力比同龄人差,但还没有达到失智症的程度。

好消息是 🥳 研究(包括 Lancet 委员会报告)发现,有 12 个生活方式和健康因素 可以降低风险,或延缓失智症的发生。

🧠 Dementia is not just “normal ageing” or “getting forgetful”.
It’s a brain condition that slowly affects memory, thinking, mood and daily function.

👉 In Malaysia, dementia is becoming more common as our population ages. It’s not just an individual illness — it affects families, caregivers, and society.

In the pictures attached, you’ll see:
