🌬️ What triggers asthma attacks? Know your child’s (or your own) triggers!
Asthma symptoms don’t just happen randomly — they’re often triggered by things around us every day.
🔹 Environment: cold air, smoke, strong smells, pollution, pet fur
🔹 Food: cold drinks, dried fruits, or food allergies (milk, egg, seafood)
🔹 Other factors such as exercise, dust mites, mold, and certain medications like aspirin or ibuprofen (depending on individual).
💡 The key to good asthma control isn’t just medication — it’s avoiding triggers whenever possible.
If you or your child has frequent wheezing, cough at night, or breathlessness, don’t ignore it. Early control prevents serious attacks.
