Patient complains of pain and tightness around the lower back area for quite sometime. He did not realise he is having leg length discrepancy in which his left leg is shorter than the right leg. In the photo you can see that after first treatment, left leg has been adjusted and the length of both legs are even now.

患者说腰部疼痛和紧绷已有一段时间。他之前并没有意识到自己存在长短脚的问题，左腿比右腿短。从照片中可以看到，经过第一次治疗后，左腿已经得到调整，现在双腿长度平衡了。
