Incorporated in 2007, Exhale Seremban celebrates its 18 years' anniversary. From a humble 1 shop lot studio, we expanded into 2 shop lot to cater for increasing numbers of classes and timing to provide the community more opportunities to have a more active lifestyle.

We are taking this opportunity to refurbish the place to serve you better.
